Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of GardenFeast's marketplace, apps, WhatsApp services and any related finance products (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate business and identity information and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may verify your details (KYC) before activating ordering, selling or credit.

2. The marketplace

GardenFeast connects merchants and suppliers and coordinates ordering, logistics and payment. Prices, availability and delivery windows are set at order time. Goods are subject to quality control; rejected or short items are handled under our returns and dispute process.

3. Payments & escrow

Payments are made via Mobile Money or approved methods. Funds may be held in escrow and released on delivery and freshness confirmation. Fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.

4. Credit & early-pay

Where offered, working-capital and early-pay facilities are subject to eligibility, limits, fees and repayment terms disclosed at the point of use. Missed repayments may affect your limit, score and access to the Service, and may be collected by netting against settlements.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GardenFeast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
